Hi! I’m Caitlin… part-time coach, full-time athlete/fun-haver at CrossFit SPT!

I started CrossFit in 2011 right after hanging up my tutu and pointe shoes on my professional ballet career. A few short years later I dove at the chance to attend my Level-1 seminar and began coaching CrossFit to the masses.

Mine is a journey from grace to grit- I have an obsessive commitment to technique coming from the discipline and attention to perfection in ballet. To me, if you move well you are able to tap into your full potential and I am happy to help bring that out in each and every athlete that comes into SPT. While I’ve had the privilege of competing on several teams at the regional level, I’m happiest working out alongside the community of our one-of-a-kind SPT family every day.

In my classes, expect to work hard, surprise yourself, and maybe even have some fun along the way! It’s always a great day to have a great day 😊
