On Ramp

Getting Started

Those new to CrossFit must complete our beginner On Ramp course. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be in shape before starting! This IS your start point.

  • 6 one-on-one or small group sessions + 2 weeks unlimited CrossFit classes; $200

The On Ramp course is our beginner course into CrossFit. We introduce the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit, and break each one down to meet your skill level. The On Ramp course is an introduction to the way our CrossFit classes run, so that when you are done with On Ramp you will be ready to go for the main classes!

Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, or have a solid fitness foundation just new to CrossFit, this course is required before coming into the main CrossFit classes.

Open Gym

Whether you want to make up a workout from the week, work on movement or skills, or you are dropping in from out of town and wanting to stay on your gym’s program, this is the time to do it!

There will be a coach present, but there will not be a formal class going on. We ask that you are done and have all of your equipment put away by the time class starts!
