1 Mailbox run

2 Ring Muscle Up (burpee pull up)

3 HSPU (HR push up)

4 Power Snatch 135/95

5 Box Jumps (Step up)

6 CTB Kipping or Jumping Pull up

7 Thrusters

8 T2B ( Knee raises)

9 STOH

10 Wall Balls 20/14

11 Clean & Jerk

1200 M run

** Complete each exercise in ascending order, then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round.

! mailbox run, 2 ring muscle up + 1 mailbox run, 3 hspu + 2 ring muscle up + 1 mailbox run etc..
