In honor of the CrossFit Cabra Christmas party Saturday night, we will be doing the 12 Days of Christmas workout Saturday morning. We will have a 6am and 9am class ONLY.
Strength:
5 Touch and Go Clean and Jerks
*work to heavy OR keep same weight
*focus on barbell cycle efficiency and speed
Conditioning:
2:00 AMRAP
400m run
accumulate clean and jerks 135/95 in remaining time
-rest 2:00-
Continue 2:00 AMRAP until 30 clean and jerks are completed
*scale run distance as needed
