There are no other words for having Oscar and Alexia Lopez as a part of our SPT Family other than BLESSED. We all smile more because of these two every time they come into a room. We hold the Lopez family so close to our hearts. One year ago today, they lost a wife and mother, Elizabeth Jane. In memory of this special woman, and in typical CrossFit fashion, we will sweat with them today in honor of Jane.
