min 1: 1 power snatch +1 ohs+1 squat snatch @57% 1rm squat snatch

min2 : 1 power snatch+ 1 ohs+ 1 squat snatch @62%

min 3: 1 power snatch + 1 ohs + 1 squat snatch @ 67%

etc..

Conditioning:

6:00 to accumulate max weight moved from ground to overhead.  Can be power snatch or power clean and jerk OR a combination of both.

Loading Options:

75/55 * 5 burpee over bar +10 air squats

95/65 * 5 burpee over bar

135/95 *None
