I am excited and proud to announce Casie Garner is now my partner and Co-owner of CrossFit SPT. Her hard work and determination to make each and every member better is always present. Her passion for coaching and CrossFit make SPT a better place. She has supported SPT from the beginning, and without her our gym would not be the place we love ! Our community is lucky to have her. The next time you see her make sure you let her know how excited you are for her.
