Friday, November 25th – Open Gym 8-11AM (yes, we added an hour 8-9!)
Saturday, November 26th – Regular Hours Resume
There will be an optional workout posted Thursday and Friday for members to complete during Open Gym.

40 Handstand Push ups / DB Push Press
800 meter Run (Or 1000/850m Row)
30 Handstand Push ups / DB Push Press
400 meter Run (Or 500/400m Row)
20 Handstand Push ups / DB Push Press

Accessory:
Accumulate 4 minutes of a plank
