CrossFit Open Workout 22.3 is announced!
Please read through the workout guidelines, specific division set up, and all movement standards HERE.

For time:
21 pull-ups
42 double-unders
21 thrusters (weight 1)
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
36 double-unders
18 thrusters (weight 2)
15 bar muscle-ups
30 double-unders
15 thrusters (weight 3)
Time cap: 12 minutes
Athletes can be judged at any class on Friday. 
We will not be judging at Open Gym on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, please come to a class on Friday.
*If you are unable to get your Open workout in during a class on Friday, please let us know.
