CrossFit Open Workout 22.2 is announced!

Time cap: 10 minutes
The Open workout will be the class workout every Friday for the next 2 weeks.
Athletes can be judged at any class on Friday.
We will not be judging at Open Gym on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, please come to a class on Friday.
*If you are unable to get your Open workout in during a class on Friday, please let us know.
