Casie has five years of experiences in this field and with a background in physical fitness including CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, and On Ramp. She started CrossFit in May of 2012. After losing 60+ pounds in a typical gym setting, she was bored and began looking for something different.
Once starting CrossFit, she quickly fell in love with the idea of being strong and coaching others to find their strength. It was no longer about what her body looked like, it was about what could her body do.
Casie completed her Level 1 Certification in October 2012 and began coaching part time.
In 2014 she began training full time, coaching CrossFit and beginner classes, working one on one with clients, and began nutrition coaching.
She holds her CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certificate, Gymnastics Certificate, Powerlifting Certificate, and Weightlifting Certificate.
Casie has competed at the CrossFit Regionals with a team in 2014 and 2015.
